Choosing an Inspection Service
Choosing the right home inspector can be a bit daunting. Unlike most professions, you probably will not get to meet us until after you hire us. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and different pricing. A home inspection requires a lot of attention to detail, of course building and safety knowledge, legal industry codes and specifications and enviromental influences on a structure. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. We guarantee that if we inspect your home, or the home you are considering to purchase, our knowledge, experience and competency will provide the strong foundation for our comprehensive and thorough investigation that any property should be subject to. Peter Elliott, Owner/Inspector, Pro-Inspexx Services has been in the home inspection business since 2006 and has performed approximately 8,600 building inspections from that time. An AIBQ Certified Inspector and one of the first 100 inspectors to receive National Certification with CAHPI, Peter attends a minimum of 20 hours every year in seminars and courses in order to maintain his status and to improve his knowledge.
